TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sale

  • HAUTE COMPANIE eGift Cards are available for sale online only, and do not have any additional associated processing fees.
  • HAUTE COMPANIE eGift Cards have no expiration date.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a eGift Card unless other
  • eGift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • The buyer will receive an email that contains the value of the eGift Card and the unique gift card code to be used at checkout to redeem its value.

Use

  • Select “Gift Card” as a form of payment on the payment page during checkout and enter the 16-digit code found in the eGift Card email.
  • eGift Cards can be used all at once, or over multiple transactions provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
  • eGift Cards cannot be used to buy non-merchandise items (i.e. another eGift Card).
  • eGift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • eGift Cards balance can be seen at checkout.
Promotional Credits; Merchandise Credits; eGift Cards Limitations
  • If a purchase exceeds your eGift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
  • Promotion, Merchandise, eGift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by HAUTE COMPANIE.
  • We reserve the right to void Promotion, Merchandise, eGift Cards, close customer accounts, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that Promotion, Merchandise, eGift Cards are obtained, used, or applied to an HAUTE COMPANIE eGift Cards (is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

 Risk Of Loss

  • The risk of loss and title for Promotion, Merchandise, Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Promotion, Merchandise, eGift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient.
  • We are not responsible if any eGift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if is used without your permission.

Balance Expiration

  • Purchased eGift Cards or credit issued to compensate for purchased Merchandise does not expire.We will not charge you any dormancy, inactivity or service fees in connection with non-use of any purchased Merchandise credit or Gift Cards.
  • Any Promotion, Merchandise, eGift Cards issued as a promotional/courtesy/non-purchased credit to your account expires one year after issuance, unless otherwise stated.
